Who we are

What we collect and why

• Feedback: your ratings and comments, to improve our outlets (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Anonymous unless you choose to add contact details.
• Contact details, only if you ask us to get back to you, and only to reply (consent, art. 6(1)(a)).
• Marketing by email or SMS, only if you tick the box (consent, art. 6(1)(a) and Law 506/2004).
• Invoices: your company's details from ANAF and your receipt details, to issue the invoice (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c), Romanian Fiscal Code).
• Technical data: a pseudonymised network identifier, to prevent abuse (legitimate interest). We never store your IP address in clear.

How long we keep it

Contact details: 730 days, then deleted; ratings stay anonymous. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Invoice records: 10 years, as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing privacy@dnata.ro. You may complain to ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
